Refunds Policy

Nestory is operated by Blakard Technology Inc.

How purchases are processed

All Nestory subscriptions are purchased and processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Blakard Technology Inc. does not process payments, store payment information, or have the technical ability to issue refunds directly.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests must be submitted to the platform through which you made your purchase:

• Apple App Store — submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play — submit a request through your Google Play account, or contact Google Play support

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the applicable platform and in accordance with that platform's refund policy and applicable law.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Nestory cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.

After cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
• No new Stories will be generated after that period ends
• Your previously generated Stories, Memories, and child Profiles remain accessible to you and are not deleted

Partial periods

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or where granted at the applicable platform's discretion.
