Why we built it

The photos are all there. The year isn't.

At this age, twelve months turns your child into a different person. Everything you save now, you will want back.
You're already taking the photos. They land in a camera roll with ten thousand others, in no order, adding up to nothing.
And a photo can't hold the parts you miss most: the words that were new that week, the thing that was scary on Tuesday, the exact sound of that voice.

Your family's data

This is your child's life. It isn't our product.

Years of photographs of your child are going to live in this app. You should know exactly where they go, and who can't touch them.

Your moments stay yours

Your photos and notes are stored encrypted and used to write your stories, never to build an advertising profile. We don't sell them, license them, or share them with advertisers, and Nestory has no ads.

Never used to train AI

Your child's photos and your writing are never used to train AI, ours or anyone else's. That commitment is written into our Terms, not just onto this page.

Delete it all, any time

Account deletion is in the app, not buried in a support queue. It removes your moments and stories from our servers within 30 days, and from encrypted backups within 90.

Before you sign up

When does Nestory launch?

Around October 2026. Everyone on the waitlist gets an email the day it goes live, before anyone else.

When does a story get written?

Right after the last day of the month ends, in your timezone. On busy months it can take a little longer, but it's almost always waiting for you when you wake up.

How much do I have to write for this to work?

One or two sentences per moment is plenty. Nestory is designed around what a tired parent will realistically type with one hand: a line about what happened, and the photos you already took. If you skip a week, the story still gets written.

What if the story gets something wrong?

Every story is built only from moments you saved, so nothing is invented. If something still reads wrong, or just doesn't sit right with you, email support@nestory.love and we'll fix it.

What if I have more than one child?

Each child gets their own profile and their own story, written about them and their year. On the free plan you keep one profile active at a time. Premium lets you switch between all of them.

Cancel subscription: what happens to my stories?

You keep them. Every story already written stays readable and shareable forever, and all your moments and photos stay in your account. Cancelling only stops new stories from being written.

Can I share a story with grandparents?

Yes. Every story has its own link that opens in any browser, no app or account needed on their end.
